We love a Los Angeles home with a celebrity history, and that’s exactly what Pitch Perfect star Anna Kendrick is getting with her recent $6.9 million purchase. The Hollywood Hills residence used to be owned by Mila Kunis before her marriage to Ashton Kutcher, and was most recently owned by Muse drummer Dominic Howard, who sold it to Kendrick. The 4,884-square-foot estate has everything she needs for complete “resort-like” living, according to the listing, per Dirt.

With four bedrooms and five bathrooms, Kendrick will be mesmerized by the stunning views of the San Fernando Valley, a state-of-the-art screening room and a primary suite that rivals any five-star hotel in a tropical location. We have a feeling that the selling point to the property might be the recording studio in the attached guesthouse. While it was an obvious space for the home’s former Muse owner, it’s also a wonderful area for Kendrick to enjoy her first love: singing.

And don’t forget this private estate behind the walls and hedges will also keep the prying lenses of the paparazzi away from her romantic life. She’s been dating former Saturday Night Live star Bill Hader for over a year, and they prefer to keep their personal lives out of the headlines — so her spectacular new abode will keep them off the radar. Don’t miss the unbelievable backyard that will have her never leaving home — and be sure to check out more photos at Dirt.

This is as close to the exterior anyone will get because the home is purposely hidden behind high walls and hedges (and a security system), so Kendrick can enjoy her privacy. The kitchen is always the heart of the home and Kendrick can enjoy whipping up a meal while sharing a glass of wine with her guests.

With high cathedral ceilings and a vibrant open-floor design, this area is the perfect place to host a party. The primary suite feels more like a Hawaiian resort with its floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead right to the luxurious backyard.

Look up to the ceiling because the screening room has its own fiberoptic ceiling to give a starry and romantic effect. This backyard has every amenity a hotel would have: a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, lush greenery and spectacular views. Can’t you just picture a reunion of the Barden University Bellas in this room? It would be aca-mazing!
